What we provide

TenderChecker is a pre-submission document review and writing support service for UK SMEs. It offers a free AI check of one draft answer, an AI assistant, and a paid review of one tender.

The paid review

• One tender per job. You see the accepted scope and the fixed price before you pay.
• One upload, one payment. There are no per-answer charges.
• One complete delivery: a review report and an improved Word response, together, within 24 elapsed hours of a paid, accepted submission.
• No clarification rounds and no included recheck. Later submissions are new jobs.

No guarantee of tender success

We do not guarantee that you will win, shortlist, or be scored at any particular level. Buyer scoring is at the buyer's discretion and depends on many factors outside our review.

AI-assisted, and fallible

The free tools are AI-assisted and can make mistakes. They describe buyer intent, coverage and gaps as the AI reads them — they are not a score or a prediction of the buyer's marks. Treat their output as a starting point, not a verdict.

Your responsibility for submitted content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.
• You must verify facts and replace any placeholders before submitting anything to a buyer. The improved response the paid service produces may contain explicit placeholders where facts are missing.
• You confirm you have permission to share any content you upload.
• You are responsible for the final tender response you submit to a buyer.
• Do not include unnecessary confidential third-party information.

Refunds

If we cannot accept or deliver your review, we refund it in full. The detailed refund policy will be finalised before launch.
